IMTG Terms and Conditions:

Registration:

• Registering for a tour/ guiding dates does not confirm availability or trip occurrence.
• For “fixed” tours, a $1000/ per Person refundable deposit is required in the form of
  check, Venmo or Bank Wire.
• “Flex” tours require a $500/ pp deposit.
  ‘ Not all tours have a support vehicle.

Deposits, Payments, Cancellations, Refunds:
o Unless otherwise specified, all funds paid towards participation in a tour are
Refundable- up until 30 days before tour start.
o If a tour is canceled by IMTG ahead of departure for ANY reason, all
deposits and balance payments are refundable.
o Cancellations initiated by the participant received in writing to:
intlmtg970@gmail.com with more than 60 days’ notice before the tour start
date will receive all money refunded.
o Cancellations initiated by the participant received in writing to
intlmtg970@gmail.com within 30 or less days notice before tour start will
forfeit their deposit as a cancellation fee.
o No refunds will be given to participants who:
 Leave the tour early (for any reason)
 Fail to appear

 Miss any portion of the tour, for any reason.

Motorcycles and Equipment:
 IMTG does not provide or own motorcycles. Riders are responsible
for renting their own ride, or bringing their own personal motorcycle.
 IMTG will assist guests’ with recommendations and coordination of
the rental bike, but is not liable for the condition or availability of the
motorcycle.

Participant Responsibilities:
 Guests are responsible for bringing their own appropriate motorcycle
riding gear: Helmet, riding boots, pants, jacket and gloves. We will not
guide you if you want to ride in shorts and flip flops.
 Every participant must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to
undertake the tour. Some tours are physically challenging, please be
ready for those.
 Carry a valid motorcycle license, and an emergency evacuation plan/
policy. Provide IMTG with an emergency contact person.
 Carry valid documents including passports, visas, travel insurance,
medicines, etc.
Tour Modifications:
 IMTG reserves the right to modify the tour due to weather, road
conditions, political unrest, safety concerns or any events beyond our
control.
 No refunds will be issued due to a change in the itinerary. Tour
length will remain the same.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
 Motorcycle travel involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to: Road
hazards, Weather, wildlife encounters, accidents, injury.
 By participating in and IMTG tour, you voluntarily assume all such risks and
agree that IMTG and it’s guides, partners or affiliates are not liable for injury
resulting from above dangers.

Photography and Media Consent
 IMTG may photograph or film participants during the tour for promotional
purposes. By joining our tour, you consent to the use of your image in future
marketing materials.

Agreement/ Acknowledgements:
 Motorcycle travel in foreign countries is inherently unpredictable. While every
effort is made to follow the planned route and itinerary, the Guest
understands that conditions on the ground may require changes at any time.
Weather, road damage, landslides, border delays, fuel shortages, mechanical
issues, political unrest, strikes, local regulations, or other circumstances
beyond the Company’s control may make it necessary to alter the route,
schedule, lodging, or activities.
 The Company reserves the right to make any changes it considers necessary
for safety, security, logistics, or the successful continuation of the trip. Such
changes may include rerouting, delaying departure, substituting
accommodations, modifying daily distances, skipping certain destinations, or
ending a portion of the trip early. These decisions will be made in good faith
and in the best interests of the group.
 During the tour, IMTG guides pay for all food and drink- within reason. If our
guides notice a guest taking “advantage” of this cost, guide reserves the right
to limit said guest on food/ drink.
 By booking the trip, the Guest acknowledges that flexibility is a fundamental
part of adventure motorcycle travel and agrees that reasonable changes to
the itinerary do not constitute grounds for refund, compensation, or
cancellation by the Client.
