IMTG Terms and Conditions:
Registration:
– Registering for a tour/ guiding dates does not confirm availability or trip occurrence.
– For “fixed” tours, a $1000/ pp refundable deposit is required in the form of check or Venmo.
– “Flex” tours require a $500/ pp deposit.
‘ Flex tours don’t always have a support vehicle- unless otherwise requested by the group.
- Deposits, Payments, Cancellations, Refunds:
- Unless otherwise specified, all funds paid towards participation in a tour are Refundable- up until 30 days before tour start.
- If a tour is canceled by IMTG ahead of departure for ANY reason, all deposits and balance payments are refundable.
- Cancellations initiated by the participant received in writing to INTLMTG970@Gmail.com with more than 60 days’ notice before the tour start date will receive all money refunded.
- Cancellations initiated by the participant received in writing to INTLMTG970@Gmail.com within 30 or less days notice before tour start will forfeit their deposit as a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given to Paticipants who:
- Leave the tour early (for any reason)
- Fail to appear
- Miss any portion of the tour, for any reason.
1. Motorcycles and Equipment:
- IMTG does not provide or own motorcycles. Riders are responsible for renting their own ride, or bringing their own personal motorcycle.
- IMTG will assist guests’ with recommendations and coordination of the rental bike, but is not liable for the condition or availability of the motorcycle.
2. Participant Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for bringing their own appropriate motorcycle riding gear: Helmet, riding boots, pants, jacket and gloves. We will not guide you if you show up in jeans and flip flops.
- Every participant must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the tour.
- Carry a valid motorcycle license, and an emergency evacuation plan/ policy.
- Carry valid documents including passports, visas, travel insurance, medicines, etc.
3. Tour Modifications:
- IMTG reserves the right to modify the tour due to weather, road conditions, political unrest, safety concerns or any events beyond our control.
- No refunds will be issued due to a change in the itinerary. Tour length will remain the same.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
- Motorcycle travel involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to: Road hazards, Weather, wildlife encounters, accidents, injury.
- By participating in and IMTG tour, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that IMTG and it’s guides, partners or affiliates are not liable for injury resulting from above dangers.
5. Photography and Media Consent
- IMTG may photograph or film participants during the tour for promotional purposes. By joining our tour, you consent to the use of your image in future marketing materials.
6.Agreement
By booking a tour with IMTG you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
